Las Vegas Flamingo Norovirus Outbreak

Over 1,200 guests and workers at the Flamingo hotel in Las Vegas were reported to have suffered Norovirus infections in late October, 2004.  Marler Clark filed a class action lawsuit on behalf of all victims of the outbreak, most of whom were scattered across the United States.
